Current programme
Terms for Samby development funds
1. Purpose and eligibility
The Samby development funds support local ideas, activities, communities and improvements in Hatting. Associations, groups and residents in Hatting may apply.
2. Application and review
Applications must include a project description, a budget, the responsible applicant and who will benefit from the project.
Applications are reviewed at three annual meetings held before Samby meetings. The deadlines are 15 January, 15 May and 15 September.
3. Approval and payment
Approval is not the same as payment. Funds are only recorded as paid out after the payment has actually been completed and marked as paid.
4. Documentation and follow-up
Funds must be used for the approved purpose and within 12 months unless an extension has been agreed. Documentation of how the funds were used may be requested afterwards.
5. Information and privacy
We use application information to review the application, contact the applicant, and administer and document the funding programme. Information is only made public where required by the programme's transparency commitments or by law.
You can contact Mit Hatting at kontakt@mithatting.dk to request access to or correction of your information.
